Department Customer Care
Answer inbound calls, schedule appointments, follow up with customers, and coordinate with the team in the field. If you love organizing chaos and making people's day a little easier, this is your role.
What You Bring
- 2+ years of customer service experience (home services, trades, or call center a plus)
- Strong phone, email, and computer skills
- Great attitude and attention to detail
