After the late July storm took out our overhead power lines to our garage, the best route was to bury the 125 ft. of new lines with a new sub panel. O'Leary came through big for us and has us back up and running. Lance and Zach came out and did the estimate. They scheduled the job in a very timely fashion, and once here, the job was done in less than a day. Any questions or concerns we had, they were happy to help and explain the process. We will be calling O'Leary to do further upgrades in our home very soon. Very happy customers!! Thank you O'Leary!!

Jim was very knowledgeable in the face of some confusing and questionable wiring that was done in my house, from what appears to be years ago. He was very straightforward, communicated well, and was letting me know what he saw as it unfolded. That's the type of customer service I really enjoy. I feel had I been less knowledgeable myself, that Jim still would've communicated the issues well, and in a way that could be understood. This allowed me to make a couple of judgment calls, both during service and for any future work I would be having done. I'm more than happy to give a 5-star salute. Additionally, dispatch was very communicative for me, even when Jim was running a little late, which will happen. If you work in the trades, you know, especially on older jobs, or DIY situations, you can run into issues beyond what you'd expect. Dispatch made sure that despite that happening, I would know they hadn't forgotten about my appointment. Thanks, guys!
